Why the price varies

Every project is different

The cost depends on how your tests are built, which tools they use, how your pipelines are set up and how big your team is. The free audit is where we find that out, on your code rather than from a guess.

One price, fixed before the bulk

After the audit you get a written scope: what we deliver, when, and the price. The trial run then checks that price on your code. If it was wrong, you hear so before the bulk of the work starts, and you choose between the corrected price and stopping there. Once you sign off the trial run, the price is final.

What is included in the price?

The audit, the tests, running them on every change, documentation, training and support after handover, as listed in each package. Nothing is added later without your agreement.

How do we pay?

20% when we agree the scope. After that, you pay as each step is signed off: 30% after the trial run, 30% after implementation and 20% at handover. If you stop after a step, you pay only for the steps completed. For Enterprise projects, we agree the percentages with you at the start.

We have more than 600 tests. What then?

We quote it after the audit, based on how many tests there are, how complex they are and when you need it done. That is the Enterprise package.

What if we are not happy with the work?

The work is delivered in stages, with a check-in at each one, and you can stop after any of them. The audit and the trial run exist so that you see the work before paying for the bulk of it.
